Executive Assistant
Location: Downtown LA or Culver City
Schedule: fully onsite | Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Duration: long-term temp (6 months and possibility to convert permanently)
Salary: $25/hr - $30/hr

Job Description: The Executive Assistant provides senior-level administrative and secretarial support to the CFO. Working under direct supervision, this position performs a combination of task-oriented and project-based work that requires professionalism, discretion, strong organizational skills, and sound judgment. Serves as a key liaison between the internal staff, executive management, board members, and external stakeholders.

Highlights:
* Executive Support & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings (in-person and virtual), arrange travel logistics, and track pending items for CFO and other Execs.
* Communication & Liaison Duties: Act as a key point of contact between executive offices, senior staff, and external stakeholders, handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
* Operations & Administrative Management: Oversee departmental supplies, equipment, filing systems, and office logistics; assist with policy development and special projects.
* Finance & HR Coordination: Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll-related tasks; manage timecards, vacation schedules, and budget tracking for special projects.

Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree highly preferred
* Industry experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Non-Profit highly preferred
* 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives
* Excellent writing, proofreading, and PowerPoint presentation skills
